Custom Embroidery and Screen Printing

At Warehouse Uniform & Embroidery, we take pride in the quality of our custom products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Approval Process

All custom embroidery and screen printing orders require customer pre-approval of designs prior to production. This approval process includes:

  1. Digital proof review and approval by the customer
  2. Confirmation of design specifications, colors, and placement
  3. Final verification of order details

By providing approval, the customer acknowledges that the design meets their requirements and authorizes production to begin.

Return Policy for Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of our custom embroidery and screen printing services:

  • Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged once approved by the customer
  • Each custom order is specifically created for you according to your approved specifications
  • We cannot resell or repurpose custom items with personalized designs

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive a custom item that:

  • Contains a manufacturing defect
  • Has poor-quality embroidery or printing
  • Does not match the approved design specifications
  • Is damaged during production

We will accept returns under these circumstances within 7 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the defective item to initiate the return process.

Non-Custom Items

For standard, non-customized uniform items:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Return Process

To initiate a return for eligible items:

  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Include photos of defective items if applicable
  4. Receive return authorization and instructions
  5. Ship items back in their original packaging

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for non-custom items are subject to availability
  • For custom items with defects, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion
