In most cases*, you can expect to receive your order within 10-15 business days after placing your order (with payment) and approving your proof.
Once your order is placed, your design enters our proofing process, which begins on the cart page before checkout.
With our free proofing service, it usually takes 24-72 business hours after checkout for us to provide you with an embroidery-ready proof. At that point, you can either approve the proof or request changes. If changes are needed, we’ll take an additional 24-48 business hours to send you an updated version.
The 10-15 business day production window starts once your final proof is approved.
